Maintenance Agreement:

This maintenance agreement is prepaid for one year.

4 hour response time.

2 times a year your equipment will be cleaned and receive a 12-Step Service inspection.

Printers will be repaired only with O.E.M parts (original equipment manufacture) NO third party parts.

Printers will be repaired to fully operational state including necessary hardware and labor. Excluding consumables, i.e., Toner, Drums, and Developers.
